We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout for every new order.
LUXE CATCH subscriptions ship every following month after purchase. For example, if you subscribed in August, your catch ships in September (usually first two weeks).
Ongoing/rolling subscriptions renew every 15th of the month.
Cancellation & Return Policy :
LUXE CATCH subscriptions automatically renew every 15th of the month. To prevent your subscription from renewing, please cancel prior to your renewal date. If you would like to cancel your subscription after receiving the first box, then make sure to do so before the 15th of the month; otherwise you will continue to be billed for the following month’s box. There are no cancellation fees and no cancellations on existing unfulfilled boxes.
In order to cancel your subscription, please log into your account. Canceling your subscription prior to the renewal month will stop any further credit card charges. Cancelling your subscription after getting billed, will not cancel the last shipment but only future shipments.
LUXE CATCH does not offer any exchanges due to very limited inventory. However, please get in touch: email@example.com just in case we do have a size to exchange to, we would be happy to accommodate!
All LUXE CATCH purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not currently accept returns of LUXE CATCH boxes, and any box returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund. In the case that your LUXE CATCH does not arrive or a product is damaged, we must be notified in writing (email will suffice) within 4 weeks of receiving your tracking information. In this case, all items must have tags attached and in unworn condition. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. Please note that orders may take 2 weeks to fulfill from the time of shipment. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of LUXE CATCH.
